An ideal customer experience involves excellent communication. It is essential to be attentive and informed when providing the best experience for the customers.
What do you do every day to ensure an awesome customer experience?
Every day, I reach out to the customers during the early stages of their moving process. It is my job to make sure the estimates are scheduled in an organized fashion. The estimates are the official start of one’s moving experience.
What do you like most about your occupation?
I enjoy helping others start a new chapter in their lives. Moving is a critical transition and I use my positive outlook to make it as stress-free as possible.
