How do you define an ideal customer experience?
An ideal customer experience would mean having a positive attitude, putting in the extra effort and being comfortable with their ever changing schedules.
What do you do every day to ensure an awesome customer experience?
I reach out to my customers to make sure the packing, loading and/or the delivery is all going well. If they have any issues or concerns, I ask them to notify me as soon as possible. I reach out to them a few days before their move to make sure everything is still on track and to see if they have any questions for me. I will then follow up with the day of the move, during delivery and a few days later.
What do you like most about your occupation?
Interacting with the customers and doing everything I can to make their move go as seamless as possible.
What is your proudest professional achievement to date?
Winning the 2019 Mayflower Heart of Quality Award.
